So-logic is proud to present its new line of Ethernet cores. So-logic offers a complete solution to 10M/100M/1G/10G Ethernet networking, providing MAC and appropriate PCS cores for all communication speeds. All developed cores are compliant with the IEEE Std. 802.3-2008 specification.

The 10M/100M/1G solution consists from two cores:

• 10M/100M/1G MAC Controller core, implementing the MAC sublayer from the IEEE Std. 802.3-2008 specification.

• 1000Base-X PCS core, implementing the 1000Base-X PCS sublayer from the IEEE Std. 802.3-2008 specification.

The 10G solution consists from two cores:

• 10G MAC Controller core, implementing the MAC sublayer from the IEEE Std. 802.3-2008 specification.

• 10GBase-R PCS core, implementing the 10GBase-R PCS sublayer from the IEEE Std. 802.3-2008 specification.

User application interfaces with the Ethernet cores using standard AXI-Stream interface for dataflow and AXI-Lite for configuration and status monitoring. All cores are delivered with a complete example design, showing how to connect and use them in a real application.

IP Core News

So-logic company offers a large collection of IP cores that is continuously expanding.

So-logic new line of Ethernet cores, targeting 10M/100M/1G and 10G communication speeds. For all these communication speeds a complete solution is provided, consisting from MAC and PCS cores. All these cores support Series-7 FPGA devices as well as latest release of Xilinx Vivado Design Suite (v2014.3).

So-logic's SATA-II Host Controller core now supports Series-7 FPGA devices and can be implemented using both ISE and Vivado development flows. Current release of the core supports ISE v14.7 and Vivado 2014.2 versions of Xilinx development software.
